The original concept of the application was to track brother's addresses and dues paid. Since then it has been expanded to include a record of most Masonic information relating to the brother. The application is used in a number of Grand Lodge Jurisdictions world wide. Individual the application is reported to save the secretary many of hours of work a year. when used in conjunction with the
Grand Lodge Application
and/or MinuteMaker (early beta version) even more secretary time and effort is saved. Some Secretaries have reported the savings in finding dues in arrears can pay the application within it's first years operation.. The cost for the full package is less than the cost of most office furniture or equipment such as a printer.
Lodge Secretary's Assistant is the core application or pivotal application for the Craft Lodge Management Suite. The application can extract particular information to be sent electronically to the companion application at Grand Lodge.
Also available is the ability to copy update data for a brother to a file that can be forwarded to a compatible application at Grand Lodge to update their records (degrees received, change in rank etc) on each brother. This feature is not included in most versions as it requires the companion application at Grand Lodge.
